UA K-12 Temperature Scales
Students use a temperature calculator to see the difference between three scales that are used to record temperature. In the United States, temperature is reported in degrees Fahrenheit. Most of the world uses the Celsius scale. The Kelvin scale is used for scientific calculations because it has no negative numbers.
